How to apply?
New Customer:
1. New customer will approach CSR and submit an
application for a mobile connection and also submit a request for Blackberry on
a plain white paper. All the formalities for a new connection are to be
completed.
2. The CSR will issue a demand note for the price of the handset.
3. On payment of the demand note, the CSR will handover the handset to the
customer along with the SIM.
4. CSR will provision any one of the Black Berry Plan over the normal voice plan
5. B&CCS, Trichy will provision GPRS and extra APN (blackberry.net) into the
corresponding HLR
6. The customer will receive an intimation in the form of SMS that the facility
is activated.
Existing Customer:
1. The existing customer will approach CSR and submit a
request for Blackberry on plain white paper.
2. The CSR will issue a demand note for the price of the handset.
3. On payment of the demand note, the CSR will handover the handset to the
customer.
4. CSR will provision any one of the Black Berry Plan over the normal voice plan
on the existing SIM.
5. B&CCS, Trichy will provision GPRS and extra APN (blackberry.net) into the
corresponding HLR
6. The customer will receive an intimation in the form of SMS that the facility
is activated.
